By accessing or using any services provided by Floxi, including the Floxi website, applications, API, and related products (collectively, the "Service"), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Floxi's features may include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading data from CSV files for automated report generation.
• Connecting Meta Ads accounts for live performance tracking.
• Scheduling and automating social media content posts.
• AI-driven analysis of ad campaign performance.
• Recommendations for improving marketing strategies.

We continually evolve our Service, and new features may be added or existing features removed or altered without prior notice to users. We are not responsible for any changes, including the removal or discontinuation of specific features.

• Refunds: Unless otherwise provided in specific agreements, all payments are non-refundable, including for unused portions of the Service.

Floxi's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to Floxi in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
